INFORMATION CENTER
This ministry exists to greet newcomers and provide them with information concerning Fellowship. This center serves as a point of contact for guests in order to answer questions and give them information that will help them learn about body life at Fellowship. Those who serve at the Information Center enjoy being a resource and have a heart to help people find out what they need to know. Those with a passion to learn all about Fellowship¹s various activities and share them with others will enjoy serving here. Time Commitment: one specifically scheduled service time per month, usually for 90 minutes.
RESOURCE CENTER
Our ministry in the Resource Center is to help people purchase books, CDs, teaching series, etc. for spiritual growth. Time Commitment: serve once a week during one of our services on Sunday or Saturday.
HOSPITALITY CENTER
Our ministry is to greet and provide newcomers with refreshments in order to create an opportunity for relationships. Contribute to the need of the saints, practicing hospitality Romans 12:13. More than just a coffee service, refreshments can be a catalyst for fellowship and personal introductions. The Hospitality Center is where we can show how much we care about people. Here is another place where one can be an ambassador for Christ and Fellowship Bible Church. Time Commitment: one specifically scheduled service time per month, usually for 2 hours.
GREETERS
Our ministry is to serve as hosts or hostesses, to warmly welcome guests, offer friendly assistance, encouragement and a loving greeting to anyone who walks through our doors. Through love, serve one another Gal. 5:13. This is an opportunity to help set a warm, positive atmosphere of welcome as people begin to prepare their hearts for worship. Some greeters will hand out bulletins in the Worship Center or Training Center while others will greet at the entrances. Some serve as New to Fellowship greeters and help first-time guests to Fellowship. Time Commitment: one specifically scheduled service time per month, usually before and after each service.
TRAFFIC SAFETY TEAM
Our ministry is to easily and safely facilitate the parking of our guests cars, to welcome them in a manner that portrays the attitude of Christ, and to serve as a point of information and assistance. It is our goal to enable each guest to begin their worship experience from the moment they arrive in our parking lot. Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible I Corinthians 9:19. Our team assists mothers with small children, gives special care to elderly or disabled and when it is raining, assists guests to the door with an umbrella. Time Commitment: one or two Sundays per month on a regular basis before the 9:30 and 11:00 service times for about 30 minutes each.
FIRST TOUCH FRIENDS
Our ministry is to provide newcomers with an opportunity to ask specific questions concerning Fellowship and faith in Jesus Christ. Welcome and receive one another, then, just as Christ has welcomed and received you, for the glory of God Romans 15:7. We contact visitors who fill out the visitor tab from the Saturday or Sunday Communicators. The First Touch Friends volunteers communicate a warm welcome. Time Commitment: Call 2 or more visitors (approx. 2 times a month for 30 minutes.)
COMMUNITY WORSHIP
We greet, usher and serve coffee to those attending the Community Worship services in the Family Center for the 9:30 and 11:00am services. Time Commitment: Once a month (1 - 2 hours) on the week your community meets in the Family Center for Community Worship.
